Lake DeGray |

Lake Degray covers 13,800 acres, with a state park that includes a 500 seat meeting capacity convention facility located at the lodge, as well as a 18 hole golf course, a 132 slip marina, camping areas, hiking trails, and horseback riding. You can rent anything from a canoe to a fully equipped houseboat. Lake Degray is 21 miles south of Hot Springs and about 10 north of Arkadelphia. JUL 4, 2006Fireworks DisplayBring your lawn chairs and your sense of wonder as DeGray Lake Resort State Park and the Clark County Volunteer Fire Department host the annual fireworks classic. This free show lasts between 18 and 25 minutes and rivals most municipal displays. Although it can be seen throughout the park, choice viewing areas fill up fast so plan to arrive early. The cost of this show is covered almost entirely by donations. | Located off the banks of DeGray Lake lies DeGray Lake Resort State Park. Open year-round, the island boasts an 96-room Lodge and Convention Center. In most rooms there are two double beds, telephone and color TV. The Lodge also has a restaurant with a beautiful view over the lake along with a fireplace in the lobby. | DeGray Lake produces several different species of bass along with blue and flathead catfish. DeGray is perfect for year long fishing due to its numerous coves, islands and wooded pockets. |

| DeGray Lake provides endless fun with such activities as hiking, golf, swimming, fishing, barge tours, and biking. Also noteworthy, during the summer, young children ages 7-14 are able to participate in the Junior Naturalist and Arkansas State Park Explorer Programs.
